FIF Fat Into The Fire Cookbook for all Seasons Dishes can be Delicious and Nutritious

I love how this cookbook breaks down recipes into the seasons and includes holiday meal planning. It takes all of the guesswork out of what to make and when. –Christine Neigel
This cookbook is full of so many easy to make recipes, that it really is the best cookbook on the market. It is the only one I really need. The recipes are not only easy, but healthy for you. A great way to keep you healthy and in shape. Using fresh and power foods. A great variety of dishes for all. And cost efficient as well. –Sherri Meszar
The format of this cookbook is awesome. Easy spiral bound with large print and only one recipe on each page. Added information about the most nutritious foods and whole grains has helped me have all of this information in one book. I appreciate how they took classic recipes and made them more nutritious and healthy without compromising taste. They have really made it easy with this cookbook on how to eat healthy for losing weight or just for keeping fit. I don’t have to worry about or try to research healthy recipes anymore. It is all in this one book. I could easily make every single recipe in here abd my family and friends would love it. –Susan Graves

5 Stars Takes the Guesswork out finding healthy and tasty meals
What an awesome cookbook! I love how it is broken into the Seasons and has holidays. It is packed with meals and snacks to make for every Season and Holiday. The spiral bound makes it so easy to work with in the kitchen. Plus, easy to read, with one recipe per page. It really takes the guesswork out of what to make to keep healthy but what also tastes good. There’s even healthy recipes for birthdays. They’ve also included excellent substitutions for unhealthy foods like dressings and sodas. A very educational section on explanations of whole grains. Whether you are looking to lose weight or stay healthy, this cookbook has a big variety of dishes. I would say these are my favorite dishes. They have recipes for the traditional meals passed down from generations and have made them healthy. They also have added some interesting cultural dishes. I love how they took the guesswork out of holiday planning. Now, when a holiday comes up, I just look in the FIF (Fat Into The Fire) Cookbook for all Seasons and easily put a shopping list together. The meals are easy to make, healthy and delicious. This is the only cookbook I need! The number one cookbook to have in the kitchen!
5 Stars Cookbook is not only healthy - recipes are easy and delicious!
This cookbook is much more than the ordinary ‘healthy’ cookbook.
Yes, the recipes are pretty healthy and most are low fat, but the difference is that they actually taste good, and the variety of the food choices is very impressive.
From a Christmas Goose to Birthday Brownies, this book spans a very wide range of all types of food.
All major holidays are planned out, and a lot of other special calendar days have menu planners. This includes Grandparents Day, Valentines Day, and Veterans Day. All holidays and events even have an educational introduction.
Great cookbook, great recipes, fun and easy to make.
